If you are looking for Top ten great, classy, affordable restaurants in the Twin Cities and don't include COV, you are doing yourself and them a disservice. We don't have a lot of WOW restaurants on our list: Martina, Spoon, Joni, Acqua, All Saints: Cov is right in there with all of them. The place is class from dropping off your vehicle to the matre dee, to all the incredible food being served, the customers & staff, the view you would swear you were in the Hamptons.
 
They have a OMG wine list and an even better menu. The only problem is where do you start. As we were escorted to our seats my mind was flashing: I'll take one of them, oh and one of them, look at that! one of them...
 
Settling on two entrees was in fact a feat. And no nothing was anything but impressive includingthe attention to detail of our wait staff. I wish half the restaurants we attend could have theowner and employees spend a meal at COV to see how attention to detail is done.
